Youth Group Bonfire, Hayride, Fall Activities
Who’s excited for the fall weather and fall activities? The Youth Group will be gathering for a hayride, bonfire, and fall activities at Grace and Jason Cox’s Farm on October 19 after 2nd service. The church van will provide a ride to the farm and will arrive back at the church at 4:30. Lunch will also be provided. Please sign up at the back counter. Questions, please reach out to Layne Kuhn.
Ladies’ Trivia Night
Come show your wits as groups of 4 challenge each other in general trivia! The evening will begin at 5:30 on October 24, in the Powerbox. There will be a taco buffet before the games begin! Please sign up at the back counter in the Foyer. If you have any questions, please see Lisa Sellen.
Thursday Evening Women’s Bible Study
On Thursday, October 9, 2025 we will begin a Women’s Bible study by Kelly Minter, called “Encountering God.” This is a 7-week study on spiritual disciplines that are essential to live a vibrant spiritual life through knowing God more intimately. Kelly Minter unpacks the biblical foundation for these sacred habits through approachable ways to practice prayer, study, worship, rest, simplicity, generosity, celebration, and many more. We will meet every evening starting Thursday, October 9 — November 20 , 6 pm to 8 pm in the Family Room.
Sunday Evening Bible Study
Study of James -“Living an Active Faith”
This study begins, September 7, 2025, and runs through November 30, 2025. There is a built-in flex week in case of inclement weather. Please meet in the Powerbox at 6 pm.
What does it look like for a believer in Jesus to have an “active faith?” And how does this play out in our modern lives? Join Pastor Adam each Sunday evening at 6pm as we explore the book of James and how Jesus inspires and commands a believer on how to live out their faith.
